Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the package:

Safe Drop Policy

If you request the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place (e.g., front door, porch):

  • LecoStyle will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • Please choose this option only if you are confident the area is secure.
