1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
To maintain the integrity of our curated collections, all returns must adhere to the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original premium packaging with all tags and protective materials intact. Items showing any signs of use or damage will not be eligible for return.
Timeframe: Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Documentation: A valid order confirmation or digital receipt is required for all transactions.
2. Non-Returnable Selections
For reasons of hygiene, safety, or the nature of the craft, certain items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned:
Bespoke or personalized creations tailored specifically to your requirements.
Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of procurement.
Selections that have been removed from their original sealed packaging.
3. The Return Process: Step-by-Step
Step 1: Initiate Contact Before dispatching any items, please contact our concierge team at [email protected] or call (786) 840-0643. Please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the request. For items received with perceived discrepancies, high-resolution imagery must be provided to expedite the assessment.
Step 2: Return Authorization (RAN) Upon approval, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This identifier is essential for tracking and ensuring the secure processing of your return.
Step 3: Secure Packaging Please ensure the item is securely encased in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. LecoStyle reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged due to inadequate packaging.
Step 4: Logistics & Shipping The client is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or an error on our part. We strictly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. LecoStyle cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refunds & Finalization
Once your return is received and undergoes a rigorous quality inspection:
Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s protocols.
Exchanges: If you opt for an exchange, your replacement selection will be dispatched once the original item has been verified in our fulfillment center.
