Returns & Exchanges Policy

Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery. Any claims beyond this period will not be processed.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns or exchanges.

Non-returnable Items: Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety concerns (e.g., personalized items, health-related products, etc.). These items will be clearly marked on the product page.


Return Process

If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This is an essential step to track your return and ensure it’s processed correctly.

For exchanges, our team will assist you in selecting an appropriate replacement product, or we’ll provide you with a credit voucher for future purchases.

Step 3: Package the Item

Ensure the product is packaged securely in its original packaging. If the packaging is missing, make sure the product is wrapped carefully to avoid damage during the return shipment.

Please include all accessories, instructions, and any original documentation that came with the product.

Step 4: Ship the Item

Ship the product back to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Track Your Shipment: Always use a trackable shipping service for returns. LecoStyle cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns if they are not tracked.

Step 5: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

Refunds: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges: If you have chosen to exchange the product, the replacement will be shipped as soon as we receive the original item in its returnable condition.

Non-returnable Products: As mentioned earlier, certain products are non-returnable, including:

Health & hygiene products (such as water bottles, fitness equipment, etc.)

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page

Digital products or software
