Return Policy

  • Eligibility:
    Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exclusions:
    • For hygiene reasons, used pillows cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, the same conditions as the return policy apply. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Steps to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us:
    • Email info@lecostyle.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any supporting photos if necessary.
  2. Follow Instructions:
    • Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
  3. Refund or Exchange:
    • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
    • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once the original is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

  • Responsibility:
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
  • Tracking:
    We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
